It’s says it’ll assist up to 25 hours of battery life but it doesn’t. The case is durable and sleek. It still comes in handy when my battery is low. Overall I enjoy the case.

It woks great but I wished it was easier to know when it was on!

since it is an apple made and authorized case it is integrated with ios. as in the phone knows what lvl of power is left in the case and displays it in widgets screen. the phone treats the case differently then a non apple case. (theres an apple chip in the case)

This lasted me for a couple of months, but soon couldnt hold as great of a charge. For the time that it did work, it was very useful

Not impressed with this external battery case. All it did was make my phone super hot.

Is too heavy and it does not give the battery to value the heavy to hold

Seems as though it doesn’t charge but keeps the battery level steady. Also gets very warm.

Mophie Juice Pack Access is a perfect lightweight model of their bonus battery case line and they offer decent quality with good phone protection.

comes with a separate cable to charge. If you lose it you would have to buy a new one

I’ve had multiple mophie cases over the years & I loved them all but this one by far is the worst. I left my house at 7:30 this morning with a 74% battery & at 9am my phone is still stuck on 86% with 1 light left on the case. I don’t know if maybe I got a defective case but my brother who has the same phone & case has the same problem. Anybody else have this problem? Is there another option for a mophie case for the XS??

I bought this for my son but he actually did not want it. I still gave it a 5 star rating because I've used a mophie case for years. They are well made and worth the money.

Good as a protective case but does not meet expectations for additional charge

I was excited to hear about this product. Connectivity, features, capacity, and design are nice. However, I did not find this battery to be efficient in charging an iPhone X. Item was returned and I am using the Apple Smart Battery case for the iPhone Xs.

Only gets you about an extra 30%. Not as good as the old models, but definitely not bad !!

This case is not powerful enough to fully charge your phone

Mophie juice pack comes in very handy after the charging port broke in my iPhone X. It’s nice because you can turn the case off&on for when you need it.

Good but not for me, wireless charges I don’t like
