I love it even tho I plan to upgrade soon great battery

it was too bulky for me and only charges my phone 60%. Sometimes I left it on a wireless charger overnight, my phone will not be charged and this will be charged a 100 and sometimes its vice versa.

Love this case it’s great for me because I’m bad of not charging my phone like that

Good product but doesn’t give the XR a full charge. Only about 75%

The battery pack works well. The salesperson told us that it can be charged with the wireless charger - that wasn't correct. Went home and tried it out, but it didn't work - what a disappointment.

Have owned a Mophie case for every Iphone upgrade starting with the Iphone 4. Always had great luck with the charging and protection of the phone. Until I bought this one! This is awful. It quit working in less than six months. All the other ones lasted the 2 years I owned them. They protected my phone too. This one is NOT a good protector! Makes me question Mophie.

Case feels and looks great but sure miss the rechargeable switch over a push button. It's gets old when the case is in charging mode every time i remove the phone from my pocket. Also the case never charges my phone to 100%...it only goes to 40%.

Keeping and extending your phone battery has never been easier! A must buy for kiddos who like to ride bikes around the neighborhood! Their phone won’t die on them while they’re away!

Barely gives you a 30% charge, plus the unit gets way too hot while using. Got a replacement and the same issue, now too late to return. Customer service is no help, insulting comments like I don’t know how it works. Stay away from this product for sure. No where near what the specs say.

its ok not super great and could be cheaper and it dont charge your phone much on a full charge.

Ordered this thinking it would be a boon to the phone. It takes forever to charge, get very warm when charging phone, and only charges half the phone battery (if phone is around 10% left). Overall would not by this pack again if you paid me

Just ok I’m still using it however I wouldn’t purchase it again. I went from West Palm to Wytheville VA with iPhone XR fully charged and the juice pack fully charged. Was dead by arrival. Take in consideration I drove half of that distance so I wasn’t using my phone.

I’ve had other movie battery cases per previous iPhones this one was absolutely horrible charging was terrible it screwed up my phone I may actually have to buy a new phone because of this case I absolutely hated it.

With this fully charged and my iPhone XR fully charged it wouldn’t make it for a full day.... I took it back... if I have to still Carrey a charging cord and re charge anyway.... why spend the money on this
