The device drains my battery down lower than not having it. I stopped using it because it does not work well.

This mophie fits snug on your phone and charges in just minutes. You can even charge the mophie while it’s attached to your phone! I’ve dropped my phone twice already ..no damage to the battery or my phone ! I highly recommend this product

I was surprised at how easy it was to use. My biggest concern was how to charge the case and my phone at the same time, and if I’d have to charge them separately. As you charge the case, the case charges the phone at the same time!

I don’t like it very much not to powerful battery and you have to charge every day like your phone

Extends the battery life to double to original capacity. Makes your phone slightly bulky and heavy

First is the obvious. It’s big and heavy. For a phone that is already heavier than an average phone. After having it for only three days I returned the case because it only would hold 30- 40 percent worth of charge for my phone. That’s not near enough for how big it is in my opinion.

We purchased a new iphone & wanted to be sure we had enough battery life thru out the day. We use the phone all the time. This not only provides longer battery life but also protect the phone. Great product

Affordable and great for iPhone XS Max! Does not make phone too much larger and adds a good grip texture. Have dropped phone on a few occasions and it has protected flawlessly!

My phone already has a great battery life but this just extends it well into the day. Highly recommend. Only thing is that it's a bit big and that may bother some people but I don't mind.

Do not recommend. Only charges my phone to about 40% on a full charge and is the slowest thing ever. Had this case for about a month and only used it once, and that was out of curiousity. Knowing that it wasn’t going to do much made me not want to bother and also the fact that there is a USB-C (which I know isn’t necessarily a flaw) but more of an inconvenience. I never use USB-C chargers and I thought maybe I’d carry one around if I found use in this case but I never even charged it knowing it takes hours and charges your phone first, when I’d rather just have the case charged. Overall, I ordered a new case that doesn’t have a battery and this will be an emergency case for when I have no other choice.

I like the case it really protects my phone. However, it only charges my phone maybe to about 35% if my phone is on 1%. Overall, it's pretty decent.

This Mophie case is the best i have had so far, it allows you to plug into your Iphone port using the lighting cable and also has a port to plug into the case separately.

I do not recommend this product. Doesn’t protect screen from breakage especially on edges of phone. As far as charging did not provide a full charge. Product is also too bulky and hard to hold.

Bought this in hopes of getting a full charge when out and about when my phone is low on battery. I would fully charge the case and fully charge my phone, go about my day and play on my phone. Wanted to test out the case so I turned it on when my phone was at 58%. Set my phone down for about 1hr or so, came back to see it at 69% and already down to 2 bars left on the case ( full charge is 4 bars). Turned the case off and finished my day at work. Got home to charge my phone itself to about 90% before having to leave. Thinking I could use the remaining 2 bars to fully charge my phone I turned on the case. Does at 95%. And the box tells me I can get 35hrs out of it? Yeah right.

I love the extra battery power! I love the fact I can use a non lightning cable to charge! I look forward to not having to condtanbuy lighting cables!

I had a similar for the iPhone 7 and it charged fast, whether it be for the case and the phone itself. This charged my phone really slow. Phone only went from 20% to 38% after I let it drain completely. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

Perfect for teenagers that are traveling for sport events. It was perfect for him to use and didnt have to worry if his battery was going to die.

I’ve used plenty of mophie products but I decided to try this particular one because I use my phone for work 60% of the time. But the battery case only gives my phone a 30% charge when it’s completely dead.
