I got this for my granny and she loved it, it kept her not having to hook the cord up while she was playing her mobile slots apps. After a while though the case kept coming apart at the indentions where it locks into place, that's totally unacceptable.

Good product. But overprized and poor quality control.

I wouldn't recommend this case to anyone at all. It advertised to charge the phone with 80% battery but it never did that. It might have given me 30%. The protection on it is okay

I purchased this juicepack air to replace the mophie helium case I bought when the case was first released. The reason I wanted the air over the helium was because I didn't like the color of the helium, and I didn't like the cutout design to access the ports. I prefer the buttons and switches have overlays like on the air, as the are much easier to access. The one thing I don't like about the case is that you must use the pass through cable to plug almost any headphones. I do realize that this is Apple's fault for relocating the port to the bottom of the phone. As far as size, the difference is so minimal that it won't make a difference. While the case certainly adds bulk and weight to the phone, its not cumbersome and the increased battery life is great. While the battery life is certainly not double like mophie claims, the increase is still very good, about 75% in my experience. I highly recommend this case to anybody who's on the go and uses their phone a good deal.

Purchased this as a replacement to the helium model. It said it was compatible with the iPhone 5 & 5s, however, it was such a tight fit that it scratched the phone. I would recommend the older helium over the air.

It was great at first, but I have only had this for just over a month and it won't charge at all anymore. For how much these cost, I expected a little bit more longevity. I will not purchase one again.

This is the 3rd time I brought one and hope it would work. Negative! The case did not fit my phone properly and it took two days to charge at 100%. Very disappointed.

The product was awesome when it worked. After about a year the battery started to lose its ability to keep a change and now it does nothing.

This case has not worked very well since the purchase we have had trouble with the switch to mute the phone over and over. I probably won't purchase another one!

The mophie Juice Pack Air for iPhone 5/5s is one of the better cases I have ever purchased for any of my phones. The design is a smooth transition of metal and rubberized plastic, (whatever the material is, I have the black one) that makes the case not only practical, but attractive too! It has a 1750 mAh battery, which compared to the Juice Pack Helium is 250 more mAh, leading to a longer charge. The Juice Pack Air says it will give you 100% extra battery life, but that is when your phone is from 1-5% battery life remaining. Then it charges into the mid-upper 90's. But, keep in mind, once the iPhone battery reaches 90-ish percent charging, it takes about 3 times longer for a percent of battery. This is called "trickle charging" and it just charges slower for a fuller battery. So given that the mophie Juice Pack Air charges above 90% is to say that this case gets 5 stars for the price, durability, design, and function.

Mophie - Juice Pack Air Charging Case For Apple® Iphone Se, 5s & 5. Ridiculous, worthless piece of misrepresented junk. Doesn't work. Part of "Hard Shell Case", but cannot work or operate as a charger because of cheap, faulty input jack in hard shell case. Very cheap, shoddy foreign construction. Definitely not worth the price. BestBuy failed to stand behind or make this right. BestBuy worse than "Circuit-City" was (I quit going here).

The cable that comes with It does not synch with itunes. Everything else is great. Not returning it but I cant beleieve they released it with this issue.

This is my 4th Mophie I-phone charger case. The 3 prior have had the same exact issue with the charger port wearing out from 6-8 months of use.

Not impressed at all by the product. Only has capacity for one charge, if even that. Product stopped working within just a few weeks.

I'll fully charge my case separate from my phone and it'll only charge my phone around 30%. Shuts on and off repeatedly.

Bought Mophie to both supply backup power and to provide primary protection for iPhone. Unit determined to be defective (discharges excessively while on standby). Mophie agreed to replace, but will not send replacement until I return defective unit. Will be without protection for iPhone for over a week because I was unlucky enough to buy a defective product. Doesn't seem right.

After buying this case for the 6S in pink for myself, the whole family ended up getting this case for their iPhones. It is awesome, charges fast, and quickly recharges my iPhone 6S. I can easily now go 36-48 hours without having to charge my phone or case. I highly recommend it to anyone. And at this price for the 5S, it is a steal. Happy shopping!

I have had my Mophie Juice Pack Air for Iphone 5 for a few days now. First, my overall impression is the Juice Pack Air is awesome. I love the button overlays on the Air case. They work flawlessly and are great quality. The case itself is quite fantastic. It adds bulk. Here are the pluses of the case: 1.) from 1% remaining on my iphone 5 the case will take me to 84% with very light usage during charging. I'm a super heavy user all around and i can get through a full day and half no problem. 2.) Case quality is fantastic and as mentioned button overlays are like factory iphone buttons. Top notch. 3.) Case shape is nice so it slides in your pocket real nice. Keep in mind it also slides out of your hand real easy too! 4.) Sound ports actually make speaker on iphone louder by quite a large margin. Minuses: 1.) Case can be slippery despite having a very slight grippiness to it. 2.) Don't expect 100% charge. If you are happy with 80% + for a full hard day of usage you will love the case like I do. 3.) The USB charge port is old school. Would have liked to see lightning connector. That's personal preference though. 4.) Headphone passthrough is an issue to some. I use bluetooth headsets and media streaming in my car so headphones aren't a big deal to me but would be to many people. Overall if you need juice for your iPhone 5 this case is the best out there right now. Hope this helps you.
