Bought it as a gift and my wife is so happy with it.

I wanted to have a back-up for my I-Phone since power is not always available when my phone battery goes low. This case functions well, but was too bulky and heavy for everyday use.

I am very pleased with my purchase of this product.

The Mophie Juice Pack Air stopped recharging the iPhone, all buttons and connection worked but once disconnected from an active power source, the device would not charge the phone. It's less than two months old and was purchased brand new.

This product would be great if it came with a belt clip. I work in an environment that has me keep my phone on silent and I keep missing calls because I can't feel the phone vibrate in my pocket. I do like how I can switch it to recharge though.

Case is okay but takes a long time to charge device and seems to cause the device to lose charge faster than normal. Overall this item is just okay and I wouldn't recommend it. Get a separate backup battery instead.

When I first attached it the pack charged the phone, but when leaving the case on it began to randomly cut on and off and would interfere with apps when it does. When charging the unit and phone together it took a lot longer than I expected and the mophie never seemed to get fully charged. My hope had been to use this as a case not just a charger, but have found that I don't like the extra weight, and interference with my phone. Instead I just use it as an extra charger, for that the cost does not justify the gain.

This product was effective but more of a hassle due to charging. In order to charge my actual phone I have to disassemble the bottom and after u do that your liable to possibly loose the bottom

This case stopped charging within one week. I bought the case wanting an extra charge for my phone when I needed it. Paid $100 and as far as I'm concerned its not worth it. Don't waste your money.

Not worth $$. It will not hold a charge. Too bulky

Great case not a great battery! It heats up the phone pretty bad because there is no where for the heat to go

Love the concept of the mophie but I have now owned three and none of them lasted longer than 6 months. This last one just about 2 weeks!

As my other post said the last time I purchased this product. Expensive for only lasting 1 yr and mostly only get 70% of advertised charge(example 100% will only get you back to 70%).
