Over all I wouldn't buy it again it protects the phone but when you go to turn it on it starts vibrating have to turn it off most of the time

The silent/ring switch on this phone cover keeps switching the phone to silent and if I do put in the ring position on it keeps going back to the silent mode extremely annoying .

I bought first one one black friday but after a week stopped charging my phone so i replace it with the new one and this one working fine

This is a great durable case, but for a charger it is only so so. The charging battery does not seen to last for a long rune as des obey

We returned hoping that our first case had a product defect. We tried the second one in the store and same problem---phone buttons all work fine. Skip this one and get the 80% charge Mophie--buttons are open and no similar problems. Good news is that the customer service and return process is hassle free.

This case quit working shortly after buying. Would charge phone when switched off at times. Then stopped charging phone no matter which position the switch was in and then stopped receiving charge. I must say that it is a sturdy protective case and that is what we have been using it as. Just pricey for a protective case only. I only paid $25 out of pocket because I used BB points but I could have used that $50 plus $25 cash on other things that would still be functional.

I love this case! It does an excellent job of charging the phone's internal battery from 20%. Also, with both case and phone fully charged, I decided to run the phone off the Mophie and was very impressed that it ran for 9 hours under causal use (i.e. Social Networking, text, email and web browsing use). The profile of this case will increase your width and length as well as weight (which didn't bother me at all). Unlike the other cases I tried out, the Moohie doesn't have a side bumper that goes around the phone and snaps on independently, which I like. The case's back lights for charge indication is nice and discrete and the on/off switch is a plus. I love that the case charges the phone first and then itself. Overall, I am very happy with this case!

You have to have 2 power cords for this item(?) I would not have bought this if I had known..the shell has a different cord connection than my I-Phone 5s...???

Takes too long to charge both the phone and charging pack at the same time and you don't really get a lot of extra battery life for the money

I had to replace my old Mophie so I replaced it with the same model. This one is not as good as the older model. Does not stay charged all day

This is horrible always seems to break after a few weeks have bought four same thing always happens when charging keeps on beeping on and off

When in use the battery life is less than 8 hours as advertised. I found that it may have added an additional 4 hours at the most

Unit stopped charging past 25% on the 45th day. It worked about the same amount of time the otter box it replaced did.

I had a mophie earlier and needed to replace it. Loved the gold color but the ringer toggle never synced with the piece on the mophie. I tried 3 different gold ones in front of the clerk and the toggle never lined up. We tried a different color and it worked just fine. I would recommend the mophie but not the gold color.

Worked great for my wife when new. Now that's it's a couple months old not working as well.

I tried this for about 8 days, it did not work well with my phone. The case got my phone really hot and would drop my calls or not allow them to come through. I returned the case as i couldn't use this, I had a mili and loved it but no one sells the type i had.

Very disappoint. Broken charger. Now I have to return it and I don't have my receipt.

When I Purchased this product I was told that will give another extra 100% battery....Well, that never happened to me since the case only gave me at least 67%

The mophie takes forever to charge and does not hold a charge very long.

I get a full charge overnight and I'm good all day
