Regret Buying It & Not Worth Price Nor Expectation

I couldn't remove my iPhone from the case to charge it separately, to clean it, to return it nor exchange it. I was expecting way more from the charging device & the whole charging process was annoying. My iPhone was stuck in the case & I couldn't get it out to return it, lol... It was really hard to push the volume buttons as they blended in with the case. I did like the color (Gold) & made my iPhone heavier & bigger, which I liked. Other than that, I was really disappointed & not to mention that it would have been cool if the case could also charge with the same lighting cord charger as the iPhone. I'm sure there are people that will love it, but it wasn't for me. I've also never complained about any product before, since I always do my research before I purchase anything. So I don't take my negative experience lightly.
