No problems at all. Bought this for my daughter who uses her phone about 30 hours per day and she has been able to stay connected all the time.

I am very happy with this product so far, delivers as promised! I can now make it through the entire day without having to plug my phone up for charging. Great for on-the-go users! It does add a bit of bulk to your phone but no more than a heavy duty protector such as an Otter Case would!

Bought one for my iPhone a couple months ago and loved it so bought one for my friend's Samsung phone and she loves it too! No more running out of battery out and about. It will make your phone a bit more bulky but worth the hassle to have a working phone if you know you're going to be out for a while and not near a charger.

Must have accessory for continued use of mobile device! External battery has enough capacity for at least 1 full charge, maybe more. Good for people who work from their phone or need extra battery life to stay connected or productive. Charge time could be better, but that's minor.

The Mophie case is really good for people who need to charge on the go. The only issue I have with it is there is no holster out for it at this time. I need a holster so that when i work out it is not in my pocket bouncing around.

It's a decent battery case. It performed as expected. A lot of people have asked whether or not it charges the case and phone at the same time and if not, which one is charged first. Well, I found that it charges both the phone and the case at the same time. Therefore, it takes longer to charge completely when comparing the normal charge speed of the individual devices. Sometimes I charge them separately depending on what my needs are for the day.
