This item is great. The only thing is, it is bulky and heavy. Other than that I have no problems with it and like it.

The first time I dropped the protective case it broke. I was unable to return it directly to Best Buy and Iam still trying to get a replacement from Morphie. If I could submit this as 0 stars IWould have.

My previous battery case which ceased to function, lasted quite a bit longer, but this one is adequate perhaps more than adequate I might say. It's much smaller and does not increase the size of a the phone to a brick. It seems to automatically keep my phone at 100% until it's out of juice then the phone battery just starts to die.

I got this battery case because I was no longer making it through the day with my Galaxy S7. The case has been working good for the few days I have had it the battery charges the phone quickly back to full charge and I have dropped the case and while I don't like that it pops open when it hit the ground everything was ok.

Multiple day battery life. Lacking in durability. If your like me, and you drop your phone sometimes, your better off with an otterbox, lifeproof case, or UAG

The additional battery reserve has proven to be a life saver. My only complaint is when you drop the phone the case flys apart and has to be reassembled.

I have a Galaxy S7, so my phone is almost obsolete. I was very happy to find this Mophie case still available for it, AND to find it was on clearance for about 1/2 price! So far, it has extended my phone's battery life from 1/2 a day to just over a day. You can also charge it wirelessly. It doesn't make my phone much bigger at all, and the extra weight it adds is not so much that it's an inconvenience. I carry my phone in a purse. For a man carrying in a pocket, though, it does make the phone thicker... I would definitely recommend Mophie to my friends, at any price. If you have an older phone, look for clearance sales!! :)

I was tempted to upgrading to the new s8 due to battery concerns. Tried out mophie case for the 1st time and not only did it help save me an unnecessary cost, the case itself is slim and adds a nice style to the phone!!

Love the Mophe portable smartphone charger. I use my phone to play games or watch movies and it helps extend the life of my battery. Best feature is that it charges at the same time you are charging your phone.

About 15 days of use so far - no issues and even survived a fall onto a metal surface, keeping my phone protected. Wireless charging works well, too and is the reason why I got this case. You press a button to enable/disable the charging feature with this case, which is useful to prevent it from constantly charging the phone battery when you don't want it to. One thing to note - it requires a small extension cord (included with this case) in order to use most wired headphones as they cannot reach the phone headphone jack with the case on.

It's easy to charge, use and snap on. I love that it can be wirelessly charged. But I hate how extremely heavy and Clunky it is. I've dropped it so many times because it easily slips out of my hands because of the weight. But when I was recently traveling, I liked not needing to charge my phone as much. If I hadn't put a strong glass screen cover on, my new phone screen would be broken. So I wouldn't count on it to be protected with it.

Great product. Offers protection and extra battery life for my Samsung Phone. I've owned multiple Mophie battery packs over the years and they've never let me down.

This provides about double battery life but it also doubles the size of my phone. You need to carry the 3.5mm headphone jack adapter with you all the time if you use headphones a lot or connect it to your car. The port it's incredibly small. Great for a back up charger... Not as great as a case to protect the phone. As soon as you drop it it pops off.

it does the job and keep my phone battery at 80% most of the day but it is not a fast charge battery. I like it and I recommend the item if you are not looking for the fast charge.

Overall this is a great product. Especially if you are looking for a convenient way of having extra time without the hassle of an external batteries. However the case is flawed as it does not do a very good job of actually protecting the phone as the case can break apart when dropped. It can be easily put back together and ultimately the case does take the hit just not with severe drops and falls.

The battery life is awesome, I spend all day on the phone and still go to bed with 15% battery life left. The overall case is not very protective pops off very easy. I have always used lifeproof or otterbox and never have had a broken. Within 1 week of putting this case on my screen broke on a very minor drop. Case popped off etc. It is very poorly made for durability.

I like this case over the others because I feel it looks the best. The wireless charging was an added plus as well. I'd say it will give your phone a solid 55-60% extra charge and adds some grip.

This product has been instrumental in helping me keep up with the heavy phone usage my job requires. I no longer have to worry about my phone battery dying. It was easy to affix and even easier to charge with the charging pad capability.

I liked it because the sole purpose of why I bought it was because my phone needed a battery life boost. I didn't like the fact it made my phone heavier and that the case was easy to come off, especially if the phone drops.
