It works OK, but has no earphone plug inlet.

The older you get it makes it difficult to find on a dark surface. Thanks anyway when you need the power for the phone, it good to have extra time on it.

Unfortunately a little buggy, a complaint you'll find often mentioned if you search the net enough.

Wish that it was wireless or a smart case overall I have a hard time listening to my phone with my headphones with this attached to it it doesn’t detect all the time

Still a vast improvement from earlier models.

About half the time it Doesn’t go to full charge for some reason, I can’t put my finger on it

I’ve exchanged it and still doesn’t last me the 27 hours and that’s fully charged. Does very fast.

It is kind of slippery and it uses the battery in the case first and then the phone battery. The old cases had a switch that you turned on when you need the extra battery I liked that better. I love the color.

Can eat up battery

My son needs his phone charged at all times due to his diabetic app using so much power. This juice pack keeps his phone fully charged at all times.
