Did not realize this connects via micro usb and not lightning cable

I needed a case with a battery and it was on sale. The annoying thing is the micro USB instead of a lighting port. To use my lighting adapters to HDMI or others you have to take the case off. I tried to give it to my son. He gave it back for the same reason.

I was so excited to get this case since I’m terrible at remembering to charge my phone. The first couple times I used it, it worked great. But after a few uses it does not hold a charge and won’t charge the phone back to 100% before it dies. Very unhappy with this product,

I was incredibly excited to get this case. I had read some good reviews about it prior to getting it and decided to purchase it. Once I got home, I plugged it in to charge and this is what happened: 1. Already out of the box, it wouldn’t charge (I had to unplug it and replay it a couple of times to get it to work) 2. Once charged I put it on my phone (this case is a real struggle to take off too! Practically had to pry my phone out of it later) 3. I turned it on to charge my phone (which was at 22%) and it didn’t even finish charging my phone before it died I was so confused by what happened because I knew specifically to wait to use it until it was fully charged and it still died. It only charged my phone from 22% to 87%. Super disappointing, don’t buy this.

Works great but drains quickly when playing games like pokemon go

So, I bought this product as a means to extend my battery life, but it did not do that! Instead, it drained my battery, and it would only provide an additional third of batter life. Plus, it used a mini USB to charge, which was very inconvenient when trying to charge in the car or on the go.

This charger did not work as expected. It never fully charged my phone above 80%. It never fully charged my phone above 80%. I did let the battery go down as low as 20% before turning it on. Not sure if I should have charged up both and turned it on. But I wasn’t happy with it.

it claims to fit a 8plus but its a very tight squeeze.

Doesn't hold a charge very long. Only gives me about 35% power.

I thought it was going to be great to have because I had a charging case before (not mophie brand) but this thing doesn’t even fully charge my phone. It gets it to about 80 percent and then stops and says the case needs to be charged again. That is not acceptable.

It only worked for my phone for exactly a week....

No way to conn ct any headphones unless you use Bluetooth

Great product, but not for Apple 8 plus. only best for Apple 7 plus. I spoke to Mophie tech support because the battery ran out in 2 hours and it was a nightmare to pull the phone out of the case. They let me know that this product is not really made for the 8 plus, only the 7 plus. I would need to buy the "Juice Pack Classic", which is only sold at Apple stores and is made for 8 plus phones. So just a heads up on where to purchase and the correct model for Apple 8 plus users.

Seems like I’m replacing it every couple of months.

I like it at first shortly after getting it it wouldn’t charge the way it was suposed to. Would charge the phone for 1 second then stop then start again. More hassle then I wanted. Call the the manufacturer an they gave me a new one. Works 100% now.

Does not work with 8 plus will not recommend to anyone

This is my 3rd Morphie juice pack External case and will be my last if as the first two it fails quickly. For whatever reason it seems to last just a few months before failing. I’m looking for a better product at this time.
