Mophie has been pretty good for me with my phones. This is par for the course.

Overall this is an excellent product as most Mophie products are. The build quality is exceptional. The battery packs more punch than other similarly rated mAh charge packs I own from other manufacturers. If you own an Android device that utilizes USB-C you will be overjoyed by the integrated C-type charge cord that is integrated in to the device. If you are an iOS user, you’ll need to supply your own cord and affix it to the included USB port. Not a major deal to me, but be aware if you want an integrated lighting charge cord, this isn’t your unit. Overall I am happy with this changer. Compared to some of the “value” brands that are sold this one knocks them out of the park. The integrated gauge displays the percentage of charge left in the device. I can charge my iPhone from nearly dead to 100% (on standby) twice from this pack. I will say however, if weight isn’t a concern Best Buy also sells another brand of charger pack that is double the capacity as this for about half the cost. That is my go-to charger for camping trips. This pack is what I carry for afternoon or day trips where I know my usage of my camera or handset will be high.

Terrible product. Takes forever to charge my phone and forever to charge itself! Going back to my old mophie

Happy previous owner of a Mophie - bought this one since it was slim and weighed much less. Used it once and it would no longer charge. Tried to get a warranty replacement and was told by Mophie they were on back-order and could not tell me when a replacement would be available. Sitting at 3 weeks now and nothing. Then Mophie sent me a customer satisfaction survey and I expressed my dissatisfaction and they moderated my survey and would not post a negative review on their site. Will not purchase one of their products again. Be warned - if your product dies beyond the return timeline from Best Buy, the manufacturer will leave you high and dry.
