It only really works on Apple products. If you have Android devices, you have to attach the stupid charging ring, but you don't know that until you open it and read the instruction manual. You can't just use it as a regular wireless charger. Will be returning this useless charger.

The charger would constantly turn on and off. Returned the next day.

The airpod charger did not work .. usb portal didnt work just the phone charger works

This is perfect to take out when traveling or just taking it to work at the office. It's great for using at home if you don't want it to take up any space on your computer desk, drawer or counter.

This device was perfect for travel. It economized space and reduced the need for multiple cords. But if you bring them it makes it easy for more than one traveller to charge devices at the same time.

I’m normally happy with Mophie products, but I’ve had two of these and each only lasted long enough to be used on a single trip. Both chargers quit working mid-trip and would not charge my phone, only my watch and headphones would charge. Mophie was great when submitting a warranty claim, but after the repeat failure, I can’t recommend this product.

Very convenient and easy to use and very nice travel case making it very easy to pack and simple to set up, only draw back is you can’t tell it’s working til you put your phone on it

I have the 3 devoce unit of this that also charges rhe watch. Thought itd be great dor travel. Ususally charges the watch (which woukd be where the phone charges in this unit), but the phone (in the moddle on mine) and especially the earpods oftrn dont charge. I can sometimes get the phone to finally connect and juice up, but the earpods on the end almost never get power.

Defective product that eventually fails. I’m on my 2nd replacement from the company and this one is charging intermittently. Now their support is an AI and acknowledges there’s a problem but they don’t have a solution. Will never buy another Mophie/Zagg product

Do not purchase. If you search the Internet, you will find out in the last month or so most people who have this device are all experiencing the same problem where it doesn’t work. And only between Apple and ZAGG there’s been some firmware issue that is rendered most of these devices useless. I along with a lot of other people on forums have reached out only to get a stock email that says that they are aware of the problem and are working on it but just know if your Apple devices are up-to-date any of the updates that come out in the last two months you’ll probably have the same experience.

It’s finicky in charge. Works sometimes. Turns off middle of charging.

Does not auto allign phone if you do not have it perfect does not charge
