I have tried several mobile storage devices to use with my iPhone, all of the others were power hogs and drained the phone battery and the UI was AWFUL. The space station UI, while not perfect, is the best around and doesn't really effect your battery too much. It uses relatively little power to stream music.

I received this device with no charge even though the packaging states that it is precharged. I contacted the company and they indicated that depending on how long the item was stored in the Best Buy warehouse it could have lost it's charge. I attempted to charge it via a USB connection per the instructions (USB cord provided) but after several hours it had barely charged at all. I contacted the company again and was informed that the device charges faster with a USB wall adapter (not provided). Even after using the adapter for my phone with the USB cable for the device it still took many hours to get a charge and it never fully charged. I then attempted to download the application (Space App) to my phone and after it loaded successfully, it kept crashing/failing as soon as I attempted to open it. I contacted the company again and was then told that due to an update on the part of Samsung, the application has been crashing and I was told that I should return the item to Best Buy. There was no attempt at resolving the issue with the application at all. I would not purchase another device from Mophie.
