Amazing anime for the whole family!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A sweeping epic of a female warrior named Balsa who becomes the personal body guard of the young Prince Chagum who has to flee the royal court due to the belief that his body is holding an evil spirit that will bring ruin upon the land his family rules over. Wonderful character development and spectacular animation! None of the uncomfortable elements parents sometimes come across in anime as overtures of sexuality or exposure of underwear. Much as in the genre of Miyazaki's films such as Spirited Away or Ponyo, Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit is a classic tale of redemption, adventure, and discovery that the whole family can enjoy.
