Grom someone who grew up playing mortal kombat since the beginning shows how great this game has become! The characters arwnt my favorite, but the gameplay is smooth. Hughly recommend it! Way better than mk11. Mk xl is still my favorite

I bought the game for the steelbook and the in game content only to be utterly disappointed when opening the envelope to see just a plastic case being delivered with “premium” written on it. With the $120 price tag the steelbook should be included with each purchase.

As advertised, arrived on time, packed well, shipped with care. Easily assembled and up and running in no time. Highly recommended.

Amazing game but held back by a few major reasons for me. 1 There are no character intros in meaningful modes. Outside the story, characters don't talk to each other or interact it feels less immersive than mk 11 by far. 2 Local battles don't net coins for your trouble making them literally pointless. 3 The fighting feels fresh and fun but the forced Kameo system gimmick leaves a little bit to be desired Other than that its the most fun fighting game with the best visuals and most intriguing characters you really can't lose here.

Very good game I’ve been playing it a lot one of the best in the franchise

I purchased this premium edition specifically for the steelbook case (which has come with EVERY premium edition game i have purchased up to this point). I was extremely dissapoonted with paying so much and not revieving the steelbook case as advertized. I’d like the steelbook case.

Great graphics. Love the invasion mode. Takes advantage of series x capability. Only complaint is that Sonya is only available in Kameo mode.

Mortal Kombat 1 is one of the best entries in franchise. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is the roster could have been bigger. Beautiful game and captivating storyline.

This Game is a lot of fun. I was young man when the 1st Mortal Kombat came out. To me this is just another thrilling, fun chapter in a franchise that I have loved for 30ish years. The gameplay is solid and the character choices are really good.

It’s a rare fighting game that hits just about every note as strongly as Mortal Kombat 11 does. Everything from its methodical and deep combat to its fantastically absurd story mode and its rock-solid netcode, right down to its extraordinarily comprehensive tutorial is absolutely exceptional. It’s only when you get into its drawn-out progression that it trips up: the keys to unlocking Mortal Kombat 11’s rich vault of customization options are locked behind the frustratingly gimmicky and grindy barriers of the Krypt and Towers of Time. This series continues to prove that there’s real fighting depth beyond its notoriously gory Fatalities, and this one in particular stands out as a spine-ripping good time.

This game is absolutely beautiful. The story is so much fun and able to keep adding to. The fighting style is a welcomed refresh. I like MK11 alot but the air juggling is epic! I recommend!

I enjoyed the story mode and the gameplay is fun but Netherrealm really went too far on microtransactions. Skins should be free not $10 a piece especially after paying $110

Beautiful graphics. Good game overall. Controls very well. Nice roster of fighters. But the number of available special moves & kombos pales in comparison to the previous iteration, MK11. Kameo’s - special moves that call in an additional character that you choose prior to throwing the first punch, are cool at first, but quickly become repetitive. Lots of extra useless stuff available for you to spend your money on - why would I want to buy a purple costume for Scorpion?

This games line up is as solid as MKX was and its got some of the best gameplay and story

Been down with the series since the arcade days! Let a buddy of mine take control via PSN and had him want to buy the game. Fun new mechanics with the Kameo system and tutorials. Still fun for anyone who wants to jump in and press some buttons. Preorder came with a free steelbook case so that's a plus!
