While the feature may arguably be little more than a "port" of a web mini-series in some people's eyes, as a fan of the mythos behind Mortal Kombat, I was pleased with the overall package. The high-definition presentation and behind-the-scenes footage were great. Also, given that I now own this physical media (for a song, no less) and can watch it on my television without having to stream it through my pc, I'm sure to enjoy the collection of shorts often into the future.

Movie as described, came in good condition and faster than expected. Snatch before Best Buy drops it. Review Out.

Mortal Kombat Legacy is a video series that is online and free to watch at any time. Nice high-def great act and gives more detail to the back stores of all the charters in the Mortal Kombat world. Each of the episodes are short so it would have been nice if they had the whole season as just one long movie. That way you don't have to see the ending credits every 15 minutes. Also more extra content would be great.

I thought this was better then the original movies because the story line was a lot like the video game, but more interesting. But after beating Mortal Kombat on the playstation 3, I noticed there was a big similarity in the video game, which I didn't like. Overall I would recommend this movie to any mortal kombat fan.

When I purchased the Blu-ray I thought that it was a new Mortal Kombat movie. To my surprise it is one story that breaks out into separate mini stories about the individual characters. To someone who does not know the history this may be catchy but to a Mortal Kombat enthusiast it will be kind of boring. I will they had made one mini movie instead of the individual stories. I would not recommend this for watching.

Great quality short films had me wanting more. A good buy for fans of the game. Ed Boon, one of the co-creators makes an appearance in the special features. Now make the movie!!!

This series is Excellent. I really have no complaints about it, and even the ones I do have a nit-picks at most. Really good casting, amazing interpretation of the characters, and really made the "reality" aspects plausible (to an extent). If you're a Mortal Kombat fan, and HAVEN'T seen this yet - do yourself a favor and get it. The second season is coming soon, and a film is on the way. Even if you're not a MK fan and you just want to see some cool fight scenes with some supernatural stuff going on, check it out.

This is a good new take on a classic game, puts Mortal Kombat in a more modern day setting. Well done, just wish the episodes were longer.

The concept had me hype, I've been waiting for a good MC movie. The movie is a group of short storie which are good, but as soon as you get into them there over. Wish they coulda made each story about an hour long.

I bought this DVD thinking it's a movie. But instead it was a series. Each series is like 15 mins long. The acting and the story line is awesome. I just wish it's could been a movie.

This series was on the internet originally, and it did well by the number of views that the episodes have gotten and now it is no physical format. Good series.

This blu-ray contains the first season of the online series and they are all pretty entertaining to watch!

Anything MK is awesome in my book. There is also a second season I am looking forward to checking out!

I would say that this movie is a good start in telling the story of how Mortal Combat began.

I have always enjoyed these movies. So that is why I bought this!

This is a fantastic mortal Kombat mini series. Each episode looks at a different character or set of characters. This series has a gritty feel to it and dives down into the character bios. Well made series/ well directed/ and an appearance by 7 of 9 from Star Trek Voyager. Enjoyable series! I recommend it.

Great concepts, could of done better on effects and costumes, but hey i guess its low budget.
