While I did enjoy the last animated Mortal Kombat film, I did find it to be lacking in some areas. That isn't the case here. The story is simple, but engaging while delivering the over-the-top violence that the franchise is known for. The steelbook has a nice design as well.

I've been a fan of the series. Great to be able to pickup this movie in the Steelbook version. Don't hesitate to purchase the Steelbook - you won't be disappointed.!

The packaging was well done and the steel book is just amazing. The artwork is stunning and the movie itself was just great. I love the plot twist in this story and Kenshi’s backstory is so awesome. The characters featured here were fun to see given that some of these characters have their own fan base and now they exist in another form of media in the realm of MK. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves movies, martial arts, animation, story, plot twist, and MK.

Interesting continuation of the Mortal Kombat Legends. Gradually the audience starts seeing how the world came to be the wasteland. Viewers may have guessed early on how it came to be. I personally haven't played the Mortal Kombat games but read clips of the games' storylines; so enjoyed how it uses an element in the games to explain how this movie's world came to be--trying not to spoil anything. For people who collected the previous series of movies and for Mortal Kombat fans in general, I would recommend at least give this movie a try to see if you come up with the same opinion I have.

This is an absolute no brainer for die hard mortal kombat fans like me. This is the first great mortal kombat movie in my opinion. It shows a bunch of my favorite characters in such a refreshing way and i wont say anything about the plot but i will say the steelbook is so freaking awesome. Exactly what i want in a steelbook the artwork displays the movie characters and isn't putting too much on a small frame.

My second favorite mortal kombat movie behind the original 1995 movie. This movie and it’s what if stories are a blast. I won’t spoil anything, but if you are a mortal kombat fan, watch this

This MKL movie really captured the gory mess that is Mortal Kombat in a feature-length feature! Although the film isn’t very detailed by its nature, the film looked mostly good in the 4K format with a little bit of pixellation here and there, and the HDR really made the experience! Best way to watch the film!

Mortal Kombat animated does it again...why is it Warner bros makes amazing animated films for mk and DC but make junk live action films makes no sense
