Thanks for reaching out. Let me try to help. If you haven't tried any troubleshooting steps yet aside from rebooting the device, test it in safe mode. To boot into Safe mode, press the physical power key, touch and hold Power off, touch OK when Reboot to Safe mode appears. See if it helps.

There's better battery mods

And this is pretty useless when the phone battery needs to be charged, as well because then you're waiting for both to charge and it seems like this mod charges very slowly. I'd go with the TurboPower mod and/or the Wireless Charging battery pack mod.
