like better than other bluetooth devices, small on ear, good noise cancelation

This product has an easy set up and connects quickly. Ear piece is a little uncomfortable for extended wear.

A bit dainty for me as I'm a bigger man. I accidentally hung up on a very important business phone call....I was very ticked off. read the manual.

It's a good blue tooth but I find that the microphone that flips back and forth breaks very easily. I go through 1 approximately every 3 months.

Easy to pair. Easy to turn on and off by flipping the tab. Sits on the ear rather than inside which is less fatiguing however the "ear hook" is too stiff and can dig in. This is my second one after the tab broke on my 1st one after about a year of use. I bought geek squad warrantee on this one.

ive tried them all,i wish plantronics didnt have connectivity issues like i experienced but this one was the best.no problems apart from some background noise when window down and alittle discomcort in plastic ear piece that goes over ear.very clear voice reconition on both ends.not a fan of Motorola but this is one of the best for mono bluetoothd. (truck driver)

While it fits comfortably in the ear, I could not use the over the ear holder because I wear glasses.

I find this an excellent piece of equipment wouldn't be without it when trying to take a call as I drive. My only problem is the boom mechanism is not built well enough, it breaks after about 6 or 8 months. This is the fourth one I've had every one of them has had this happen I'm not hard on them it just won't hold up to constant opening and closing.

Worked great for my husband's phone. His microphone was broken on his actual cell and this saved us from buying a new phone for now.

It is a good deal. The only thing wrong is the microphone boom thing is a little fragile. If you don't close it carefully you could break it. The ear piece is a little on the hurtful side if you wear it for way too long. The average day of around 8 hours isn't too bad. The soreness will go away after you take it off from wearing it on a long day.

This folds up easily to fit in my pocket under my wallet for protection. Great sound, even use it to listen to music sometimes and no complaints from people I'm talking to. My only complaint is it comes with an in ear and over the ear earpiece. The over the ear works great, the in ear it likes to fall out, so far I've caught it but will someday loose it I''m sure. Previous model had a couple of over the ears earpieces, this one only comes with one each and they are not available as parts from Motorola.

I love how small and compact it is, works well and the sound quality is good. I use this one for when I'm driving in the car.

I had bought a very similar headset, also by Motorola, a few years ago, was very happy with it, so when it broke, I was looking for the same thing. This device falls short. It is cheaply made; the part part that holds it on your ear is particularly flimsy. The one plus is that it seems to have a longer lasting battery time.(5 hours)

Nice size, talk time 6 hours, wish it had more time.

Great sound, good volume, stays in place. Does not have the range that they promised. Can only get about 30 feet from phone.

I have had several of these and through no fault of the product I lose them ! I even gifted the item and they like it too.
