I didn't expect to have any static on the line. Sometimes the static is so bad I can not make out what my caller is saying. I have to go back to the recording to see what they said. It's clear on the recording. It also will not work anywhere near 300' maybe 30'-50'.

I have used this Motorola Boom for many many years and I've had many as well. They last for one year at most but I find they are the best that drown out background noise. Plus, I have two mobile phones and it can connect to both phones at once. Perhaps, this is a lemon product this time as I will try and return it and get another one. I have no other choice because I need a two line Bluetooth. But, I will stick with it because of the Great way that it cuts out the background noise.

I bought this Bluetooth to replace my Motorola 730 that quit working. The sound quality is good, but it is not as easy to put on in a hurry. Also, it hurts my hear if on too long. Otherwise, it does the job!

I still use this Bluetooth earpiece, today is Jan 17 2018. Still works beautifully.

This ear piece works as stated the only complaint I have would be the battery life. It will get you through a portion of the day if used non stop for calls and Google Assistant. It seems to fluctuate allot day to day even when used in the same way every dag.

I purchased a Motorola Boom 2 on 5/27/2017. On 6/28/2017 a piece broke off the case. Motorola replaced it with the same model which broke in the same place on 7/26/2017. I used both devices at my desk so the handling was minimal (i.e. no rough handling). After the second one broke in a month, I asked for a refund but Motorola's only remedy was to replace it with the same model (or a less expensive one). I want a product with better quality so I'm looking elsewhere.

I love my Motorola Boom 2. Sweating , rain , wind do not bother the performance of the Boom 2. I really like that. The ease and feeling on ear is prefect.

Lost my original boom...now only make Boom2. This one is not as sturdy, not as clear, cuts out at shorter distance and comes with fewer ear buds....still a good item, but I miss my old Boom..it was better.

I enjoy my bluetooth it gives me good range. Motorola makes the best ones to me , had a Jabra paid over a hundred dollars and didn't have no range distance. But this one works very well.

It was easy to set up. The battery life last all day. And the sound is great

This is the 2nd Boom I purchased in less than year. Both have worked well but the same problem: the cheap and fragile casing.I keep the boom in a case when not using, but it is so fragile that both of them have broken. On the first, the whole mechanism of the ear attachment shattered and fell off. On the new improved one, with light use - maybe 10 times - the plastic casing around the top of the ear piece has already shattered in two places. Motorola needs to improve its quality control.

I needed a device that would help clear out noise reduction while on a call because I drive a semi and couldn't hear the person on the other line while on hands free and they couldn't hear me either , but this wireless Bluetooth set helped tremendously! I don't have to yell at the caller anymore so they can hear or pull over to talk. I would definitely recommend this product!
