The sound quality on both the sending and receiving ends are excellent. The ear piece fit is a little loose and not exactly what I want. Overall a good buy.

Works good, connects easy, has good volume, pairing with Galaxy S5. Has some issue with back feed - hearing my own voice come back through the speaker.

Loved the ease of connecting to my phone. When I got out of range it told me it was disconnecting and automatically re- connected when I was back in range. Ear set could be turned off by flipping the boom shut. This worked great until when, almost two weeks after my purchase, the boom broke. Best Buy took it back, no questions asked. They did not have another ear bud bluetooth in stock, so I opted for a cash refund. Will go online and order another ear bud blue tooth.

Have several - forgot to bring on an extended trip. Purchased unit came charged with four hours talk time... up and in business immediately. This one came with a charging cable but no charger as in the past, but have several do not a big deal.

Very easy to connect to my cellphone. Superb clarity and reception. Bought another for my friend as a present.

I have used other versions of this this Bluetooth for quite some time now this is my third one. They are durable, reliable and provide clear communications. The Crystaltalk technology works so well that I was able to dry my hair while having a phone conversation and they could not hear the dryer!

This is an interesting Bluetooth. It has good sound and it works. I just am a little uneasy about the microphone boom thing. It seems fragile.

Best earpiece compared to other ones out there. You can use on calling, listening to directions, and listening to music. Best part no one can even hear the other person while you're on a call. Comdortable on your ear. Battery last for a long time. Clear voice and noise canceling.

This bluetooth works great. It takes a bit to get used to but after that I forget I've got it on.

This is a great little bluetooth. The price has dropped $40 in the past year. The only problem is that the little mouthpiece keeps breaking off, but if you have the extended warranty it is covered. Well worth it, though. It is clear, easy and quick charging and overall a great product!!

This to me is the best line of Bluetooth Headsets. Over the ear fit doesn't move and stays close to your skin. Connects to my phone and laptop with ease. Sadly I have to get a new one about every two years. But I use it every day and I'm very active, so it takes a lot of abuse.

Have this headset for just about 2 weeks as a replacement for a different headset that broke. After reading reviews I gave this headset a try. Not disappointed.... It's a good headset that doesn't break the bank. Has good sound quality and no one has said they can't hear me on the other end.

I lost my Motorola HX550 and I looked at the original Boom as a replacement. The sound was tinny and it didn't measure up to my previous one. The Boom 2 is absolutely outstanding. Loud, clear, stylish, and it works just like my HX550, if not better. Definitely recommend it.

One of the best ear pieces I ever purchased. However I have lost 2 already and have to keep buying another lol. Good quality and long battery life. Nice if you have kids and need to hear them with your other free ear lol

I really like the Motorola boom as I can walk around and forget I am even wearing it.

This Bluetooth is clear and easy to used! Great for the busy people always on the go.

I love the boom for answering calls. It’s is fragile though so be careful not to break it.
