Bought this for my husband. Easy purchase since he sent me a pic of exactly what to order. He loves it. Works so much better than the cheap one he was using. Also bought him the warranty since he is a heavy equip op. Just in case....worth the extra 8 bucks...

Sound is good but the ear piece hurts my ear. My old one fit better which was a jabra

The positive is that the battery lasts. Negative is that it will disconnect from my phone and I will have to reconnect.

A little hard on the ear, but otherwise a great product. And has optional ear insert or wrap around. I prefer wrap around

I've had other Motorola Bluetooth ear buds before that worked well and were sturdy and well made this one isn't. The piece that goes over your ear is flimsy and there's a small plastic rubber band over it that keeps falling off. Also,many people have told me the sound is horrible and it doesn't block out background noise. Wish best buy had a better return policy I would totally return it.

Great sound and comfortable ear piece. Only complaint is my phone has to be so close to work properly.

Like the earpiece with the exception it hurts your ear after a few hours of use .

I have had a few of these. Best Bluetooth ever. Problem is the plastic is poor quality and it cracks. Always in the same place. The good part is that Motorola knows this and will replace this for you within 1 yr. Of purchase with a receipt! They are some of the best customer service reps I have ever talked to!! Very polite! If it would just hold up I could give it 5 stars.

I've tried ALL Bluetooth headsets for this price range, and this by far is #1. Best nose reduction and charity.

The bottom piece that opens and close, broke off easily. Good sound quality.

It is light and fits well for my ear (without the hoop). The call quality is good and connect quickly with Bluetooth.

Comparative to others for cost this is a really nice one. compared to comfort to others its about equal of same price. It wont stay in my ear so have to use the hook over ear, its not very soft feeling so a bit uncomfortable. you get used to it but after a hr or so have to take it off, starts hurting ear. would refer to a friend if all could afford but would tell of my experiance wit it

This was a wonderful purchase and I would recommend it for anyone that is on the road driving all the time.

I wish Motorola would just improve things instead of making them worse. This Bluetooth is ok, but it does not stay on your ear like the earlier versions. I finally had to break down and change the piece that goes in your ear to help keep it on. I was a big Plantronics fan until the one I just returned, as it was very uncomfortable and didn’t hold a charge like the ones I owned in the past. Also, the Boom 2 wire that goes over your ear hurt my ear and I have been trying to shape it so it does not hurt. I think I have finally gotten it to a point where I can tolerate it on the ear. In addition, the wire that goes over the ear is hard to put on when you use the additional ear piece. I don’t think I can recommend the Boom 2 as there are just too many issues with it. Comfort being the number one issue.

It’s great but when listening to music it’s not that loud. Connects with my iPhone quickly and static free!

I really like this year peace it sets up very easily and has multiple options for connecting it to your ear
