Sound is pretty good

My problem is that I have small kids so everyone can hear everything in the back ground. After having it for about a month it started to disconnect and get static during a call. It also started to disconnect even if I was holding the phone in my hand right in from of me.

My one and only issue is that the wire hurts my ear and it cannot be adjusted other than me switching ears. I end up having to take it off after about an hour. I am considering returning it because of that reason.
