It works ok but sometimes it was confusing to me .

The earpiece without the loop irritated my ear. It was comfortable for a while but began to cause a soreness and irritation to my inner ear. Sound quality not that much better than an older plantronics.

Love the quality of the sound. Wish there was a device to help better secure to my small ear but overall very satisfied.

Light weight and dependable. I've given several as gifts. Everyone has stated that it's the best one they've ever had.

I use it almost everyday with my work/pers cell. It charges up very fast. Calls are clear and have no static.

Kind of cumbersome to put on and turn on. Also, really bad about changing tone length & timing on your mobile device when you use this device. Sometimes there will be a noticeable delay between the time you press the number on your keypad to the time it shows up on the screen and you hear the tone. Almost a full second. So you have to be very careful when this happens when you dial. When this happens, you have to be WAY too deliberate with your dialing. Also, it alternates between a good steady signal and a poor signal that breaks up. And if anyone reads this it is NOT my mobile phone. Have never had this problem with other bluetooth devices. Only good thing is that it was not very expensive.

I like that it has something to keep my earbud on my ear. I like that it's smaller but seems to have good quality

This is my favorite Bluetooth. Easy to use, connect and sounds great.

Works great, easy to use, fits very good, comfortable, looks nice, but could be a little louder at max setting.

My Bluetooth make the difference in not getting a phone call and getting it without compromising my safety.

This is a great item due to the ability to hear the incoming number of the caller. Perfect size for my ear.

The earpiece is a great size & I like that you can turn it on & off from the earpiece itself. One downside, every time I'm in my car, the call bounces from my car to the earpiece-it makes for an annoying conversation. Overall I'd recommend it

I like the sound I receive from it. The only thing I dislike the product don't hold up long enough. I always have to get a extended warranty on it.

This bluetooth works good but the ear piece is so tight it makes the back of your ear sore. also to redial u have to hold button till it beeps with most like jabra u just double tap.

Had to return the first one I purchased because the battery only gave me 5 hours of talk time when it's advertised on the box as 7 hours. Replacement only gives 6 hours when fully charged but I'll take that. Loses a star for it though.

It is easy to pair and last for 6 hours. A Bluetooth is the law in CA. A good one is always appreciated.
