Works good but it's uncomfortable because you have to keep pressing it inside your ear . Problem does not stay in one place falls out etc.

i have always used Jabra but they kept breaking on me so i tried this one and it works great.

Its great to be able to be hands free for calls...or to search google..it would have been even better if the ear piece was a bit smaller to fit in the ear, im finding myself ajusting it often to hear clarity and volume...it would also be great if it camel with extra plastic ear holders...but above all i find myself keeping it on all day.,but after awhile the small plastic ear holder gets uncomfortable.if not on correctly..

I really like this product the only thing is the piece that goes over your ear breaks really easy. Good thing I always purchase my best buy warranty. No questions ask they just give you another one.

This is very clear and loud. The incoming calls are announced by number and is very helpful

The Motorola boom is my favorite Bluetooth, most comfortable and hear the best!

Had a motorola bluetooth before and it was great. It quit working so I tried a different brand because I needed one quickly but wasn't worth it. I needed a good one so I checked if best buy had motorolas and they did and checked which was a good one according to peoples ratings and comments. It works great for me, while driving down the road. I am a charter driver, and even with talking around me it still performs well.
