When making phone call I have great sound and the microphone works well, however, when using other hands free options on my phone I can barely hear any sound.

This headset works great and super easy to set up. Everything sounds clear through it.

Bought this item fit my boyfriend. I don't hear background noise when he calls but the accessories that came with the Bluetooth don't make it comfortable you wear.

Sound quality is pretty good. The only problem is that about every third time I turn it on it won't connect. Then I have to turn it off and back on to get it to connect.

The Motorola Boom 2 is even better than the Boom 1. Crystal clear sound, very functional.

I really like the Bluetooth only thing wish it had a better protector ear piece that was thicker and softer around your ear instead of the plastic it comes with.

This ear piece has amazing sound quality and does not hurt my ear, and I use it alot.

I had the original Motorola Boom and it lasted for a long time. I decided to get the Boom 2 and am overall happy with my purchase. It has a long battery life, great call sound quality and works as a media device as well. The only cons are that it only comes with one ear loop instead of the 4 that came with the original Boom. It took a couple weeks of 8+ hours a day before the ear loop was comfortable.

I love the ear Bluetooth for my phone so great. I recommend this product highly.

Just needed Bluetooth for my FJ Cruiser. At least until I could have one installed. Have had these before, they work fine with the least amount of intrusion.

I can hear clearly and others can hear me fine! I am glad I bought this item!

I have used this product in the past and the reception when I am away from my phone is no longer as optimal as it use to be. I am disappointed about that as it is a feature they advertise about the product.

Basic in ear wireless Bluetooth. Have it paired to 2 phones and that seems to confuse it sometimes. Otherwise works fine for hands free phone while driving.

Only regret is ear hook hurts my ear after short time will try to cushion lt.

The sound was awesome. Have been hands free since I purchased it. Hate that the power button breaks after opening and closing it too much.

Awesome.. its nice to use especially in talking and musi. Its very convenient...
