This product broke after 3 months use

I use this product every day for work.

Great Bluetooth

The boom 2 is out and looks more sturdier in its build so I picked it up. The in ear pieces are nicer and the over all unit is nicer as well. I did buy the two year service plan in case i have another unexpected failure. I am not expecting one and usually the motorola products are solid.
