Excellent works great would recommend it long battery life

I wanted a cordless headset for 1 ear, and it's nice to be cordless. But didn't anticipate that the speaker cuts out when any other noise is around, and if the recipient talks when I'm talking, it cuts out, loses words, or has delayed response. There's no case or convenient way to store it so that the earpiece won't get dirty/germy to back in your ear. The downside of being lightweight and small is that I forget it's on my ear; then unexpectedly it falls off into something (next time it may be water). :-(

This is one of the few over the ear Bluetooth headset left on the market. I would have given it 5 stars but the plastic that goes around the ear hurts after using it too long

Finally received an email response from Motorola. 2/23/18: they lost my Bluetooth. ********** Sound quality was great. HOWEVER, the flip part of the bluetooth broke not long after use (2 weeks approx.). The process of getting it fixed under warranty has been very painful and frustrating. November 2017: flip part came off. December 2017: Contacted support for repair under warranty. Multiple emails to support because they hardly responded. January 29, 2018: Bluetooth mailed to warehouse per instructions and received at warehouse. Communications from support indicated Bluetooth will be mailed to me within 2 days of receipt. February 19, 2018: Multiple emails sent to support because there has been no news on my bluetooth since. And still waiting.....

This bluetooth has a flip out piece you speak into. It wasnt easy to use when the earpiece was in ear. I was afraid it would break. So I returned it. Sound quality was ok.

Works great best sound for calls and listening to music

I've tried several Bluetooths but always seem to go back to my Boom. The performance is just as good as some of the more expensive ones. I was told that the Boom was a middle class Bluetooth, but I feel that it can hold its own. I have not had any problems with noise feedback like I have with some of the others. I asked myself, "Why switch?".

I use these alot. I also had to keep replacing them. Sound starts to go bad. They break very easy.

I bought an expensive jawbone ear piece last year and lost it so I had to buy another. I bought this Motorola boom this time because I was a little short on funds and it works better than the jawline ever worked and was half the price. I am on the phone a lot because of my job and this Motorola boom has been an excellent investment.

I like this product I have been through several of them. It connects easy and is easy to operate. The only down side is that the volume could go alittle louder.
