    have purchased blue tooth's 2 Booms, (boom 1 & boom2). They both broke within a couple months of purchase. Tried to recover a new one but never got a response from the manufacture.

    The sound of this Bluetooth is great, however the little mouthpiece broke off in my pocket (it was closed) and I had to return it a week later.

    people had problems hearing my voice clearly. Was told that my voice sounded strange from several people that I called while testing this product. This headset was only satisfactory to me.
