Not the ideal blue tooth headseat

I was driving and had the microphone forward waiting for a call and the blue tooth answer the call itself ---- My phone has caller ID so if they are in my contacts it announces the caller with the blue tooth headset it announces the phone number rather than the name that is in my contacts. The only good thing is that the ear hook moves from side to side so you dont have to remove it to change ears
