Unlike previous Booms this has no a/c charger, only one ill fitting ear piece, and a diminished range with my Samsung 8. Usable range of about 20 feet before it cuts out. And am I supposed to drag a computer everywhere so I can charge Boom? This is my third and last Boom as it is so inferior to past purchases of this product.

I returned it several days after buying it. The charge didn’t last even a day.

There was a bad echo when used. We returned it for another brand.

The only thing I loved about this product was the ability to hear the person on the other end clearly. Not the best fit nor best quality. Turned it off by closing the Mic and it fell apart by the hinge. Luckily I purchased a protection plan and was able to return it for a replacement.

Works fine but does have some background static occasionally.

Had to return the product several times because the boom keeps breaking. I've had one of the older models (HX550) for about 5 years and it still works fine. I would not recommend this product because it breaks within a month.

But the hinge does not last long as it did on the original boom

Does not have a far enough range cuts off in the House.

Horrible for translating speaker phone typing on my iPhone

I was not satisfied with The Motorola Boom 2. The opening and closing of the boom didn't even last 2 weeks before it broke off. My first Motorola Boom lasted several years. I went with a different style of Blue Tooth.

This product has a terrible echo no matter what I do.

Product works good but broke after 3 weeks of using it.

The ear pieces are to small and dig into the back of your ear. It says it has a long distance but if i walk more than 25 feet from my phone it disconnects from phone and i have to manually reattach it if its disconnected to long of a period of time.

These new boom 2s have batteries that last only a couple months. I've had a Boom Bluetooth since it's inception, but with each redux, they get worse. What once was a Tank, is now a prius...

I've had this bluetooth for two weeks. The material of this product is cracked. The quality is very poor. Perhaps, I'm not a fan of Motorola blietooths. I've tried several models of their products.

I had an older Jabra. It quit on me after about two years. I wanted to try another brand. I bought it and did not fit my ear like the Jabra. So I exchanged it for a newer model Jabra.

We bought two of these. They randomly disconnect from the phone during phone calls. If that isn't bad enough, they even hang up in the middle of calls. Do not do it.

It's an ok Bluetooth but the distance is not right far as range. It says 300ft and it only do about 30ft. And it want stay in ear. Need to have better pieces for ear.
