Ear buds don’t hold piece in place and wire is uncomfortable

The flip down off/on switch of this headset broke within a month of purchase. Should not have purchased this item and should not have purchased the product warrenty. I don't live in a community where a Best Buy is located and it will be a pain in the rear end to send it back.

It was a good bluetooth until I connected with two gadget

It worked great for the first month, then it started sounding like static on the other end. About a couple weeks later it started losing connection to my phone and then reconnecting.

It has a horrible connection and not a very comfortable fit. I wish I could take it back but all of this started happening after the 14 day window. I'm stuck with a blue tooth I can't use.

Battery not holding charge. Only 45 min of talking time /not 6/ and under 2 hrs on stand-by not 14. Perhaps just battery but whole product failed when I need it. I will try other brand.

My wife had just finished a conversation and closed the boom to put it away and the boom hinge broke and fell off the earpiece.

Not completely in love at first but it was working better than previous one. But have had nothing but problems with it staying connected. Always dropping.

The flip is very weak. This is my 3rd on in 3 months because the flip breaks off. I purchased the insurance, thankfully, but had to go to a different brand.

I bought 2 of these sane day ..have had these for 2 weeks now...one stopped charging and the other drops calls way more than without the earpiece

i bought the product when in travel status. I would like to return it because it doesn't work tried to charge it and it wouldn't even charge.

Box say 7hours talk time, only 6hours talk time. First order only charged for 5 hours talk time. I do not recommend to any one every.

The little arm that opens and closes breaks really easy the battery doesn't last all that long. Very poor at durability.

Very fragile microphone. Had this for about four months before the microphone broke off.

Don't purchase as a matter of fact run if you see it.

Did not like too small didnt fit in my car and it kept falling off.

Cuts off my calls puts them on mute! Not satisfied

I saw the Boom had great reviews but since the Boom2 was newer I went with this version. It fits great in my ear and the battery life and range are awesome. I use this not only for calls, but to listen to music and podcasts.

I bought my first Boom2 headset at BestBuy in Duluth Ga. I was amazed at the bad reviews. I am careful with it; Only closing the mic when using a different headset and closing carefully.. I have used it 5+ days a week for a year and am only buying this one as a backup. #1 is still working. Closest I came to a wreck was when a kitten stole the device - I left it and the phone out in the open when I went outside. It was still working and I could track it with another phone! CRAZY. Back to EXTREME careful storage along with babying the mic boom. I don't care for the ear hooks, but have used ear gels quite successfully The SOUND is marvelous. Others cannot hear wind or road noise. I have used it in the car and a noisy pickup and a car with kids. I hope Motorola keeps making these!
