Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am revising an earlier review, where I said that this product would be better if you could pause and play your app; you can! It may take a couple of minutes to determine the right commands to use with your device. For my cell phone with Android, I was able to use the voice command by pressing the call button and saying "pause" and "unpause", and also "mute" and "unmute" (which doesn't pause the recording but does mute it). Excellent sound clarity and volume. Only drawback is that you must close the boom into your cheek to turn off.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am actually on my way to best buy to return this blue tooth.. first off,.. the earpiece hurts the inside of ear (tragus).. and if I use the clip on, .. I can not hear anyone talking to me. people complained to me that all they hear is wind, .(when I was outside ) and there was no way It could be configured to announce who was calling from my contact list... just numbers. I'm going to purchase something from plantronics, .. they have a comfortable earpiece, and hopefully I can find one I used to have. ( that announced callers in my list )

Lame Motorola Customer Support

HOWEVER, the flip part of the bluetooth broke not long after use (2 weeks approx.). The process of getting it fixed under warranty has been very painful and frustrating. November 2017: flip part came off. December 2017: Contacted support for repair under warranty. Multiple emails to support because they hardly responded. January 29, 2018: Bluetooth mailed to warehouse per instructions and received at warehouse. Communications from support indicated Bluetooth will be mailed to me within 2 days of receipt. February 19, 2018: Multiple emails sent to support because there has been no news on my bluetooth since. And still waiting.....

Motorola Boom 2, is a Bust!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been faithful to the Motorola Boom line of Bluetooth, since the onset, but the Boom 2's Battery life is quick to fade. 6 hours of "talk time" in these new units, means 5 hours of sitting on your bedside table time. Very disappointed with the new battery life....
