Great bluetooth, clear sound & the charge lasts for hours. The over the ear hook needs to be more flexible or give more hooks.

I use it to talk on the phone, to listen to music, for my GPS, the sound it's great, very clear. I love this device!

I bought one for myself, then one for my wife. Its light and charges fast good sound quality.I have both iPhones pared with it. It tell you the number that is calling you. Well most of us today go by names if it did that it would be perfect. But thats nit picking.I like my wife like it we are satisfied.

Fits very nicely in the ear. Good volume and connects quickly to your phone The little flip out mic saves battery and is easy to turn on and off.

I've had 4 Motorola Boom/2 so far. I've used them religiously since having children 5 years ago. Great for keeping hands free for diaper changing as well as doubling as a headphone for music, podcasts, radio, etc. The only problem is the boom eventually snaps off. I use it a lot but take excellent care of all electronics. Be sure to get the replacement plan. Well worth it every time. Best Buy always replaces and you just buy another replacement plan.

I usually read the reviews on most products. To be honest I didn't on this one. It turned out to be a good buy. It's compact and works great. I found that it also shipped and sold by Amazon, so best buy priced matched. Outstanding policy.

This a great Bluetooth headset that's easy to sync and operate. Sound quality is very high. Hardware buttons are large and easy so use. Love the flip-on/flop-off switch located at tip of headset. Great quality headset at a great price!

I’ve always thought Motorola products to be dependable and price worthy, althoughThis Bluetooth earpiece has great sound quality... the small flip mouthpiece is very fragile. This is my second one the first one they mouth piece broke off

Got this as a replacement for my other blue tooth ear piece. Decided to go with Motorola after the sales person recommended it to me. I have had 3 different brands in the last 16 months and I am very pleased with this one. Easy to use, set up and pair with my phone. I like the little flip out for the mic and it also serves as the on/off switch for the unit. Nice feeling in my ear, sounds good when talking to people and is a compact size. Really like this headset.

Blocks out the noise. Comfortable to wear. I use it for work conference calls.

I have bought many bluetooth products over the years due to the amount of driving I do. This is by far my favorite. I have bought ones that have retractable air buds. The only gripe I have with this product is at times it can become uncomfortable . I have to wear it approximately 10 hours a day because of my driving . They do give you smaller airbuds as replacements which is a plus but over-all the sound and feel of it is pretty good.
