    The sound is really bad and the speaker doesn't work right ph seems to have clitches

      I would suggest either taking it back to Best Buy or contacting either Verizon or Motorola Support for some troubleshooting assistance. If it turns out to be a hardware issue, the device is under warranty and you should be able to get a replacement.MotorolaMobility
