The curved edges are a little odd to get used to. Some apps have buttons on the edge and I have to try a few times to click on them when I need to. I love the gesture updates. I wish it had the finger sensor on the back to unlock it like my other phone did, it was so easy to use. I waited until I had a case on it before I set it up and that was the right choice for me.

I get what you mean about the curved edges, it can take a little time to get used to, especially with buttons on the edge. The gesture updates really do make navigation smoother once you get the hang of them.
I understand missing the finger sensor on the back, it’s definitely convenient when you’re used to it. Sounds like you made a smart move waiting for a case before setting it up. That extra peace of mind goes a long way. Ive always been biased of Motorola till I snagged this phone as an open-box. The screen is gorgeous with rich vibrant colors, frame rate is 144hz! Not even Apple’s prized Iphone 16 pro max can touch that! Games and video run smooth and look gorgeous on the 6.8inch P-OLED display. Motorola definitely made me eat my words and changed my perspectives on their phones! Motorola you got a loyal fan here! Cant wait to see what they come out with going forward!

From Motorola G6 to Motorola edge 2024
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a long time customer of Motorola phones I started with the Motorola G6 and I worked my way up to the brand newest Motorola razr 2025 Ultra unfortunately the ultra took a dive and broke the screen so I got this phone coming from originally before the razor I had a Motorola edge Plus 2022 all of their phones are very solid I still recommend them and I still say the uniqueness is worth the money the karate chop for the phone flashlight yep Samsung Apple come on guys catch up too cool The edge lighting on this thing though compared to my 2022 edge Plus wow I am so freaking glad I got this phone so cool

I replaced my Moto One 5G Ace that was 3 years old with this Edge 2024. It's thin, and light weight. Not heavy, thick and chunky like the One 5G Ace was. I haven't noticed any connectivity issues or lag. GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC all work as intended. I'm using it on T Mobile and it's working fine on their 5G UC (Ultra Capacity) network. It works seamlessly with Android Auto. I recommend the Edge 2024 if you don't want to break the bank on a higher end phone costing 2x or 3x as much.

2024 Motorola Edge Cell Phone

The price of the Motorola Edge (2024) is reasonable and it offers many of the same features as the other brands. Motorolas aren't the most popular cell phone, so some phone stores don't carry them or their accessories, such as covers. However, I was able to find a cover on-line that fits this phone.

Best Budget Android Phone

Highly customizable and retains as much of pure Android OS as much as possible. It is also very slim, decent image quality, and a beautiful display. If you are looking for a great Android OS phone without the expensive price tag, please consider the Moto Edge 2024 especially if it is on promotional pricing.
