Happy to say this is a really good choice. Photos come out good and the battery life is really great on this. Fast charging is really convenient when you need it. The performance is really snappy. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is the material on the back is not as durable as I was hoping. The corners show signs of wear since I just put it in my pocket. The phone is only a couple of months old and I don't really want to put a case on it since I like the form factor of it.

I like the wireless charging so my USB port is intact after years of use. After I purchased it I realized it didn't have a microSD card slot like other models (- 1 star). Even the 2021 Edge had a microSD. I wish they could have spent the extra $0.50 to include one. I like the battery overcharging protection so will likely not have to replace my battery as much as I had to with the 2021 version. The battery life is pretty good and I easily get a full day out of it. Overall I like the 2025 version better. The camera quality is good, but haven't tested everything. I suggest getting the FNTCASE which is a magnetic case that allows wires mounting and charging for use in a car. Use a Qi or Qi2 compatible wireless charger.

Motorola Edge 2025 - it's got what you need

If I have one complaint, it's that I don't know how to use the cameras well enough to take amazing pictures yet. That's more on me than the phone though. And it's the same model that Chit has! Who could ask for anything more?

Wish they stop using curved screen. Motorola makes best phones for the piece period. Camera is best Motorola made till now. Excellent low light pictures and 3x optical zoom. It fell off my electric scooter going 20 mph no case. Survived with two little dings on the back. I still can't believe it. If you need good phone and not a status symbol get it.

The Mediatek 7400 is a smooth processor that does well in the summer heat. I do not see any lag. The screen is wonderfully bright and the cameras are top notch this year. My favorite thing about this device is the size. One handed use is alive and well with such a thin phone and it is not too tall or heavy like some of the slabs out there that look and feel more like a floor tile. Well done Motorola. Next year a better color selection would be much appreciated. That is my only gripe. Why do the Moto G Power 2025 and Stylus 2025 which are lower range phones get much nicer and brighter colors? Sometimes I can see a little green but this phone looks dark brown in most situations unless under direct sunlight. Other than that, I am highly pleased!!
