    I have no idea about this refurbished phone, the speaker is totally broken, at first, I think by default it's muted, I checked the volume, the setting, everyghing I can try, at last, I plugin my headphone, then the sound comes, I knew it was broken... I returned, and I don't know if I will be charged $35 fee for restocking.... if it's true, it's unfair!!
