This phone used a special charger that has a different connector than most. So without the original one, Geek squad is essentially sending you a brick. I had to return it.

Reboots randomly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone reboots about 3 times a week at first. Then it reboots every day after a couple months. Then it reboots multiple times a week ahead a while. Motorola succeeded in making another crappy phone.

Every time some one would call the phone would ring and it wouldn't indicate who is calling. The Techs don't know how to fix this problem. Had to reset the phone over and over.. Very irritating.

Superb phone and value!
