Exactly what I was looking for in a smart watch

The great thing about the Moto360 is that it is the most watch looking smart watch I have seen. It is not overly bulky like the Samsung Gear(s), and has a battery life of about two days on a single charge. This is also one of the few smart watches that actually runs on the android OS, others have their own custom platforms and cannot use apps from the Google play store. I could not be happier with the watch. I do have a few issues with the watch mostly the ease of sizing, you will need an actual jeweler to add links or remove them. The watch band (Dark Metal) is very easy to rub the dark coloring off. The back panel on the watch breaks very easily with little pressure applied to it if you are switching bands out.

The moto360 was intuitive and easy to set up. I love the silver band and have received compliments on how it looks. I love getting my notifications right on my wrist. I was concerned the first few days about a very short battery life but I decided to let it run down to dead, then charged it fully and now it now goes for 37-40 hours on a charge. I do let it run down once a week. And battery has been consistently good. Love it.

I like the Moto360, it's stylish and slick. Most of the features just work fine :) But there are areas where improvement is needed... like the battery life, basically need to charge it once in 24 hr, feature that does not work properly like when you rotate the watch 90 degrees (when you want to check the time), it does not light the dial, heartbeat often inaccurate with my HTC One M8 etc. But hey I like trying new things, I knew about the battery before I bought it and overall happy with it :)

I' am a former owner of a Sony Smart Watch 2 and i test an samsung gear also, but this moto 360 is a real smart watch. the integration with Android in a native and natural way, no additional apps for each app notification needed, the look and feel is very comfortable in the daily use, you can use it with any clothes (metal band model) the battery life is almost 15 hrs depending how much do you use it, in my case i received between 20 and 50 phone call on a normal day and more than 100 notifications on all apps including messaging FB,twitter... definitely is the best smart watch with an combination of functionality and elegance available this year.

I'm conflicted. I love this watch. It is beautiful and does everything it claims. I ultimately returned it after a few days because I just couldn't justify $300 for a watch. The watch is really cool. It is beautiful. It works perfectly with my android phone. There was just not enough functionality to justify the price for me. If you are looking for an Android Wear smartwatch, this one is definitely a good choice though. I still find myself wanting to go back and buy another some days.

I subtracted a star from the Moto 360 because the lack of a speaker, which means no alarm. The internal buzzer does the trick for reminders while wearing the watch, but sitting in the charger by my bed, it cannot function as an alarm clock. There are thousands of different watch faces available, and that is the main reason I chose a smart watch. Everything is working as described, and the watch seems well built, I have been wearing it for two months with no issues.

I initially stayed away from the first wave of AW watches because even though I'm a gadget freak, the price for the watch I wanted (metal band) was prohibitive. Once BB knocked these down by $100, I figured I'd take the leap. First thing -- this watch works best on a normal-to-large wrist. If you've got a skinny wrist, forget it, it'll look ridiculous. Wait for these watches to slim down a bit. That aside, the watch is a looker, especially the black version with metal band. Functionally, it's hit or miss. This probably is not the fault of the watch itself, but more a result of AW being in its infancy. That said, it works "OK" (as of 5.0.2). I can live without the watch, but it is cool to be driving and only have to twist your wrist to see why your phone is buzzing. For the sale price, I'd recommend this over the other AW watches currently out. They all function basically the same, but for looks, features (wifi, heart monitor), and overall polish, the 360 is the best of the bunch right now.

This is the watch you never realized you needed until you get it. I'll be honest though, its only for tech lovers. People willing to make some changes to their lives to incorporate it into their lives. So if you like change, if you like doing something new, then the MOTO will all its tweaks is an absoloute blast. I spend hours making new watchfaces, researching codes to introduce gesture functionality and basically just having fun with a new toy.

I would not get this watch full price, I would just wait to get it on sale since I do not think it is worth it full price unless you really want it. The battery life is poor but once you connect it to your phone and get the latest update it gets a lot better! I use it for notifications and occasional voice reply as well. I would say I am not a heavy user but definitely moderate and it does last me a full day 8am-10pm. with about 20% in the evening left. It will be on the brink of death when I wake the next morning. Overall I love it!

It is not perfect but it is stylish, and functional. Most people saw it and asked about it when I was out and about. The face looks great, the functions work and are very useful. The battery lasts one full day unless you really use it alot, and the features work with my Note 4 phone really well. Admittedly this is the first and so I expect things to only get better as the watch matures. Stay tuned for more goodies in this area.

One of the best looking smartwatch in the market right now. Got it in a deal and love everything. Yes, like most smartwatches I need to charge it everyday but with the Qi charging, I don't need special chargers. I have few Qi chargers at home and office and use it when needed. Android wear is good for those who knows how to use it. I wanted to try a smartwatch and this is a good start.

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but mostly this is a highly customizable watch. Using the Google app to send texts or take notes to myself is appealing in concept, but generally when I send a text (usually when driving) I end up with typos or errors in it that make it incorrect or not clear. I tried to download a few apps but they are very limited in their capability in practice, even if they sound good in concept. Overall a fun item to learn about wearable technology, and to keep the cell phone in the pocket a little more often, but generally you still need to look at the phone for any meaningful info.

Fresh out of the box, I can see why this watch got lackluster reviews when it first debuted. The software was laggy and crashed often, the battery life was abysmal, and it just didn't live up to the year-plus hype. After a couple of software updates, though, I have to say I'm quite pleased with the Moto 360. The battery life isn't great, but it's acceptable. As long as I'm not using it to navigate and run apps all day, but rather as the small-screen supplement to my phone it was designed to be, I only have to charge it once at the end of the day, just like my phone. I love being able to see what's going on at a glance without having to take my phone out, especially when I'm on the move or carrying something. When the screen lights up, though, be prepared to get noticed and explain your sorcery, and I promise at least a dozen people will ask you if it's the new "iWatch". I don't necessarily mind explaining new technology to people, but I've never been approached by so many strangers about any other tech device I've owned.

I have not had it long but since release all the updates have made this watch a great contender. I know probably the biggest turn off would be the "flat tire" but I would have to agree that I usually do not notice it as much as I thought after using for awhile. Plus there are watchfaces that take advantage of that lower part of screen and incorporate it into the design.

After watching countless videos of smartwatches, I finally decided to get the Moto 360. It is exactly what I wanted, being able the see notifications from my wrist, answer texts without having to pull out my phone, and even use it to track my exercises. When unboxed and powered on the device I was immediately prompted to update it and with that I have yet to have any performance issues. I've been using it with my Moto X 2014 and it works perfectly no complaints.
