Was on the fence about buying a watch since I didn't feel like it was something I "needed". After using it for about a month it has proven to be a very nice and convenient accessory. I can now leave my phone in one place and glance at my wrist for notifications.

Tracking health items was my primary motivation for a smart watch. This one works well. My only real issue is coordinating all the apps needed to get a full picture of everything. I have received several compliments on the watch only to have people surprised that it is a smart watch. The other functionality provided is just a bonus on top of the health tracking for me.

Great for Android not for ios

If you have an android phone and want a smart watch, this is the one for you. If you were like me and got excited that android wear is now compatible with ios, sorry to disappoint. The software does not let you download third party apps and does not let you reply to any notifications, texts and the like, from the phone. These features only work with android.

Some days when I forget my watch at home, I miss it terribly! I know it's a first-world issue, but having everything on your wrist is so nice. Notifications, the time, Google search information, navigation, Flash light, it's all there.

Pros: Great battery life, can keep the screen on the whole day and have 80% left. Cons: Scratches easily, touch screen is not very precise or accurate.

This second-gen Moto is attractive, has almost all the functions you might want (although limited capability in many), and is very attractive on your wrist, as well. Add-ons such as extra faces are an easy download, and inexpensive. Battery life is very impressive, and use of a charging-cradle rather than a cable is excellent. This gen has too-frequent problems with some functions, however; problems based on connectivity and interfacing with the Android phone and with the outside world via wifi. Everything should work instantly and as smooth as silk - and probably will with the 3d gen - so buy now or wait, your choice.

I have had both the old and new versions of the Moto 360 and the new one is FAR better! The battery life is the main plus for the second gen. Highly recommend this watch, especially if your life is maintained using Google products and Google now

The watch is so fancy! Love the look and feel of the watch. The leather band is very nice quality, and durable feel. So many options on the face of the watch and customize it your taste or whatever you are wearing. You can even download different watch faces on Play Store. I truly recommend this watch.

Converted from Apple Watch to the 360 gen2. Night and day! Battery lasts longer, programs run more smoothly ---I wish I would have made the switch sooner.

This watch appeals to me because of the form factor and simple design. The ability to switch bands without tools is a HUGE plus!. I have been able to get three days out of the battery by setting the screen to not always be on but with the screen on always, I am able to get a full day plus!.

Watch looks great and functions great- no lag. However many options, features and apps are unavailable when paired with an iPhone. Nevertheless you do still get a handful of soild features- just not as many and others are not as customizable on iPhone. You still get to manage music, see messages, agenda, caller id, notes, and some more stuff. However with an android phone the watch really opens up and you are able to utilize many more features it has to offer; maps, drawing, texting on and on.

I had the 1st gen and it was good, but the processor was slow and the battery didn't last long. With this new version they updated the battery and the horrible processor. I also love how they made the bands quick-swappable.

A Real Improvement Over 1st Gen

I had a first gen Moto 360 for about a week, and took it back. It wasn't worth it. Is this new version, in the 46mm size with the metal band worth $400? I would say...not quite, but overall, close. It is more responsive, has a better screen, a better battery life and an overall better build than its predecessor. But $400 still seems a bit too much for what you get. I gave it 4 out of 5 not so much because of the price—right now it is what it is—so much as the black coating on the band rubs off *surprisingly* easily. Like, after one day of office work, typing at a desk, the black is already wearing off parts of the metal band that contact the desk. That's silly.

The second gen Moto 360 is not a vast improvement from the first one, but it took what was great about it and further refined some inherent issues (stress fractures and design) to really make it a great smart watch.

This is my first smart watch, i really like that you can change straps and make it match your outfit, from sporty to dressy, the other square smart watch looks the same no matter what strap you wear. One thing i think its missing is a speaker and it would be perfect

The Motorola Moto has all the necessary functions and a low power display always on. Many options for dial faces, easy-to-use functions like heart rate and steps with good voice control. I like the dial face options and long battery life with quick re-charging

I purchased this after liking the 1st generation and needing a different color. It's pretty much the same as the original but the battery life is way better. I'm seeing 2 full days of use before charging it & even then it still has juice left

I originally purchased the Gear S2 and quickly exchanged it for the Moto 360 2. Completely android, I get all of my notifications and the battery lasts me almost 2 days with use throughout the day.
