I bought this for my 14 year old as their first, non-hand me down phone. They love it. It is fast enough for them, and easy to use. Takes great pictures, for the camera that is installed. Great battery life, which was a concern, as the hand me downs always had fatigued batteries by the time he got them. Overall a great under $100 starter phone.

I recently bought the Moto e5 cruise and really like it! Alot better than my old phone (blackberry z10) which wore out. The Moto e5 cruise is faster going from one website to another. No lag at all! And the calls sound better also. So much more clear and crisp. So many things to check out also. Battery life last a good 2 days or longer before having to charge again. Now I need to get a case for it. Really nice phone.

Cheap phone had get asap used...get something better these will not last future used slow!!! After awhile..

This is the best phone I have ever had. I used to be sad that I did not have iPhone level funds but now I am glad cause this thing is functionally sound, great internet and syncing interface, decent battery life and incredibly damage resistant (I still use and recommend a case though). I am notorious for breaking phones. I throw my phone out of anger twice a week, I drop it in water or toilet by mistake browsing Reddit, I literally use it in the shower, and this phone has lasted me now more than 2 years. This phone isn't meant to be a Tesla, this phone is your dad's budget old pickup truck that has been in multiple crashes but still runs incredibly well after years and hauls everything you need and has a special place in your heart. I rarely use best buy and I made an account explicitly to review this phone because it is like a family member to me, and I normally hate technology, but this easy to use and comfortable phone hath shown me the light. My only two complaints are that they need to make it easier to manage non photo files like mp3 and gifs (although that is more a problem with Google play music displaying error system sounds, but can still enjoy good music) and that I wish it were easier to transfer between SD card and device drive since phones don't have a ton of storage. But those are minor to work around and everything else is exceptional for the price.

Motorola is just a expensive piece of cheap garbage. Never again will I waste money on a Motorola phone.

I've had the e5 cruise for over a year and have been very pleased from the beginning. It's a good phone for people who only want to do basic smartphone stuff. Sound quality is very good, it does voice over wi-fi for calls. Pictures are pretty good, and a removable battery. Planning on keeping it at least another couple of years. Definitely, worth 5 stars as an excellent value for the cost.
