So I think it could be more user-friendly. My old flip phone was easy to use. I can hear more clearly on this new-to-me Motorola. I like that it identifies possible spam calls and I have learned how to block their numbers. Seems I do have to charge it more often. Because I'm still learning, this is probably not a good time for me to write a review.

I use phone like mini computer - installing many apps. 5000 milliampere hours battery is nice - lasts long time. Consumer Cellular has great plans. 32 GB internal memory is a plus. Phone is very fast. Price is good. 720 screen is ok for me.
