Slow performance can sometimes be caused by too many apps running in the background—using the recent apps button to close unused apps and restarting your device every 2–3 days can help clear memory and improve responsiveness. Hi RICARDOV, We're sorry to hear that charging the battery has been taking longer than expected. To help us better understand the situation, could you please confirm if you are using the original Motorola charger and cable? Using the recommended charger and cable can help ensure the device charges at the proper speed. You may also try a few steps that can sometimes improve charging performance. Please check the charging port to make sure it is clean and free of dust or debris, as this can affect charging. Restarting the phone can also help refresh the system. In addition, try plugging the charger directly into a wall outlet rather than a computer or power strip, and if possible, test with another compatible charging cable or adapter.
