    Faulty speaker

    Overall phone works good, except when using speaker on call's, silence or various sounds heard by people I'm talking too. This is a well known issue, taking it back to store to see if it can be fixed or get another brand phone.

    Purchased moto g phone and while waiting to receive sim card was told by my doctor to fully use my spinal stimulator (medical device) i needed a iphone. I returned the moto g and was disappointed to have to pay restocking fee for phone which had not been used or set up. In pasr have purchase refrigerator, dishwasher and other items. Will not return to Best Buy for my needs. Will go elsewhere for my new phone.

    I absolutely Love the Moto G series. This is probably my 4th or 5th of these, but this one... sucks. It's constantly freezing. The swipe down menu glitches and it looks like flashing Christmas lights. Once the OS updated my Bluetooth watch (motorola) works sporadically. It will work for phone calls that come in, but won't show notifications .

Freezing is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. If the concern persists, kindly go to this link: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/landing_troubleshooter/g_id/5059, then select Next > Display/Touchscreen > Phone is slow/unstable and try the recommended steps there. For the Bluetooth concern with your Motorola watch, go to Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Bluetooth, remove or forget the watch, then restart both devices and pair them again.     Device is fine. My problem is that it is listed as having 12 gigs of RAM but it only has 4. Shame on me for not doing more research but that was honestly why I bought the thing.
