    Never buy from bestbuy

    I wanted to cancel the order even when the product was not shipped bestbuy disagreed to cancel the order. So, I told them to change the delivery address. Person from bestbuy told me, they changed the delivery address and it will get delivered to new address. Still phone was delivered to old address. Phone was stolen from the door. Bestbuy refused to refund it. Worst experience ever buying from bestbuy. I am never buying from bestbuy again.

    It died 2 weeks ago. It's not even a a year old. It doesn't change. I don't know if itd worth using extra money to repair it...

    A potato could run a phone better.

    Really bad phone the response time on this phone is horrible the key board takes a minute to load input is very laggy and when I connect the phone to my car the phone crashes and disconnects. I'm very unhappy with this phone I had the 2022 version that worked just fine but whatever they did to the phones now makes them unusable.

    Too fragile

    Phone works fine but I dropped it onto my bed it bumps off onto my vinyl floor and the screens cracked third day that I had it gorilla Glass should not crack on a 24 inch drop on the vinyl very disappointed in his durability I will need to replace it almost immediately

    I'm returning, its worth the $45 restocking charge

    Required apps stopped working one by one and I had to remove tons of terrible bloatware... some of it remains like glance hailed as some fun lock screen interaction, its nothing more than a shopping app and a way for advertisers to get to you where you want them to our not.

    Bought 2 of these for my spouse and I.Mainly for the camera upgrade.For a 50mp camera its about on par with my 6 yr old LG phone.I'd return it tomorrow if i hadnt transfered over everything during set up.Wish I'd gone with my gut and got the Sampson on sale

    Got an open box cause we had good experience with other open box up till recently. Their team is going to S*** they don’t check returns, nor work on resetting phones. We bought it and it was locked to someone. Ugh

    This phone is very slow for work if you try to do something or if you switch any aap it's taking long time to open on the base of software it's very bad

    Vert sorry I let salesperson fast talk me into this phone saying it was rthe same as the Samsung phone I wanted because there were no protective cases in the store. Phone does not woek properly and anything you do with this google phone makes you jump through hoops unlike the Samsung phones thak are much more user friendly. Will be bringing thiss phone back to the store and if they can't get functions to wotk will expect store to take the phone back and credit my card.

    There's no photos app naturally on the phone. It's also difficult to get to the general files. I will not be continuing to use this brand.
