    Do not buy - screen malfunctions within 22 days

    Less than 30 days after the phone was delivered, there are lines appearing on the display. Unfortunately, it is past the return window. Do not buy this phone. It is a waste of $200.

    I had to return it, it freezes up alot. I suspect it needs a few big fixes to the software.

    terrible, runs very slow, woudl liek to return if possible

    RAM issue ...

    Quality of the phone has been good, battery life and camera good. However if you read full specifications from BestBuy the phone is supposed to have 12G RAM. On the Phone settings, about phone show RAM as 4GB + 4GB (RAM boost). Not sure how this equals 12GB With that being said I have had 8 or more apps running in the background with no issue.

The phone you have comes with 4GB of physical RAM, and with RAM Boost, it can be expanded up to 12GB by using internal storage as virtual memory. What you’re seeing in the settings 4GB + 4GB (RAM Boost) reflects the active configuration at the time, but RAM Boost can dynamically allocate up to 8GB of additional virtual RAM, depending on usage and available storage, for a total of up to 12GB. It’s great to hear that multitasking has been smooth for you even with multiple apps running which is exactly what RAM Boost is designed to support.     Works great, awesome camera, huge battery life. Only downfall is no wireless charging.

    This was a gift for my older parent and usually they like simplistic phones since they don't do a lot, but they liked it and found it was easy enough to figure out. Great purchase.

    Good battery life, 120hz refresh rate, has many modern amenities such as 5G, NFC, face unlock, as well as eSIM.
