Needed a new cellphone. Wanted an unlocked phone I can use at home and abroad. Also wanted a device as bloatware-free as possible. After a bit of googling, came upon the Moto G3. Good price here. Bought it, popped in my sim chip (T-Mobile) and have been going glitch-free for over a month. Perfectly happy with the Moto G3, especially for the price.

Has the features I want at a good price. Access the web, send texts, use apps, takes good photos.

Very solid phone. Good build quality. Good battery life. For the price great all around phone.

Another great entry in the Moto g line. This time around, they add a bit more RAM for just a bit more money. Along with that, water proofing. Just be sure to tightly close the back panel, which feels great in the hand thanks to the texture. Good battery and camera performance. Can't ask more for the price.

I would have given the Moto G 3rd Gen 16GB a 3.5 out of 5 but couldn't so gave it a 4. For the price, it's overall ok. I got this phone primarily to get me through another 1 to 2 years until more phones have the Snapdragon 820. Pros: The best thing is that it has very few pre-installed apps. Moto has kept this unit fairly clean leaving plenty room for your own apps. 16GB is the minimum to get now days, so glad I got the 16GB instead of 8GB. The display is good and can get up to 2 days on a charge with light to medium use. Cons: It only takes a 32GB SD card. It also only support wireless N 2.4, not 5.0. At this price, the unit should support at least a 64GB SD card and support wireless AC. Maybe the 4th Gen will. Will consider Moto again if they keep all of there phones clean of pre installed apps like a Nexus.

Moto G is the right size. the right price and all the features I need. Very good camera. It updated to Android 6.0 immediately.

I've to say I have been pleasantly surprised by this phone's performance so much that I've questioned in my head that if for this price we can get this phone, then why should someone spend $400-500 on phones that are no different in terms of performance

The only thing I can't figure out is that my contacts gets reset (I think). I add a new contact on the phone and it disappears the next day. I add a phone number in my msn email contacts and it syncs to the phone but it goes away the next day. Yet, phone numbers of some of the people are always there. It's very frustrating.....

This is the second Moto G (3rd) purchased. I replaced my older Atrix and then later bought one for my wife. No problems with functionality. Doesn't have built-in compass, which ca be a problem for a few apps. But I haven't had any problems with it, and the battery last 2 days or more with general use.

Like the large screen, very responsive to touch. Rear camera takes high quality pictures: have taken close-ups of flowers in my garden and detail is superb. Best feature so far is long battery life on one charge.

I go through phones like a business man goes through ones at a strip club. I eventually landed on this phone and I haven't swapped it since. Make sure it's the 16 GB 2 GB of RAM model and you will be satisfied.

This is the same exact phone as the one my wife lost in the airport, because it is so great she wouldn't have anything else. I have the G4 (next model up), but she is happy with the smaller size and the same great photos, so this purchase was a no-brainer.

I've got the moto x and I am planning to get a moto g when I need a replacemnt.

For the price compared to smartphones 3-4 times more expensive, pretty darn good phone. Photos taken with camera, though looks great on the phone and on the computer, does not translate well when actually gets printed on photo paper (color off, blurry)

Motorola is always reliable. Unlocked phone works great. Plenty of RAM. Camera easy to use.I like the expandable storage. Accessories are easy to find.

Good mid level phone. Value for the money. Works well on tmo network.

Lightweight, great reception, vibrant display. This is the best affordable smartphone in this price range. The fact it is unlocked and works with AT&T compatible SIM cards makes it pay for itself.

This is a great phone for the price. I have had the phone for 9 months and have had no issues with the phone. I also like the phone because there is a limited amount of extra apps (or bloatware).
