Works good and somewhat tough

Had this phone for a year now. I've had this fall on hard floors without a case. Finally hit a concrete floor at 5 foot and put a crack in the screen. It still works today. I have downloaded 3rd party programs without problems (I don't play games) or lock-ups. I don't have a micro-card in it at this time as I haven't overloaded it with pictures, documents and such. If you manage your phone, no need for large amounts of memory.

2) Have you added any third party apps? If so remove those or try putting your device is Safe Mode: starts the device without any 3rd party applications being started.
